Our Awesome Staff

Our camps are staffed by an amazing team made up of Teachers, Teaching Assistance, Sports Coaches and other fun, friendly and enthusiastic entertainers. All staff are DBS checked and there will always be at least one first aider on site.

There will be a minimum ratio of 8:1 children to staff at all times and depending on numbers children will be split into different activities depending on their age.

Don’t Forget To Pack Lunch!

For children booked for the 10am – 3pm session there will be a snack break and lunch break, and for children booked 8.50am – 4.30pm there will be an additional snack break in the afternoon. Food will not be provided so please ensure you child is prepared with packed lunch and drink. Due to allergy concerns nuts will not permitted.

We kindly ask that parents provide healthy food and no sweets or chocolates.

Medical Conditions

When registering please note any relevant medical conditions our staff need to be made aware of. Staff must be aware of any medicine or medical equipment that a child has such as inhalers or epipens.

Toileting

All children must be toilet trained. Due to safeguarding requirements, no staff members will be able to assist with toileting or be present in the designated children’s toilets. Should you feel there could be a potential issue please ensure your child has a spare set of clothes.
